Eighteen years ago, I came to South Africa and made it my home. This land stole my heart with its wild beauty, vibrant cultures, rich history, and the warmth of its people. Even now, I still explore with the excitement of a newcomer – from the deserts of Namibia to Botswana’s untamed wilderness, South Africa’s scenic nature, and the palm-fringed beaches of Mozambique.

I believe the best travel moments are simple: a quiet trail, the smell of dinner cooking over an open fire, or a night beneath the starry African sky.

As a qualified tour guide, I’ve journeyed through South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Mozambique, Eswatini, and Lesotho. In 2019, I founded Footprint Journeys to share these experiences – creating personal, sustainable adventures that bring travellers closer to the heart of Africa.
