• ​Payment – A 30% deposit of the total holiday cost is required on issue of invoice. Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date of the holiday.

• Cancellations – A 30% cancellation fee will be charged if bookings are cancelled 60 days before arrival date, 100% cancellation fee will apply if cancelled within 60 days before arrival.

• FOOTPRINT JOURNEYS is not responsible for any bank charges, commissions or overdrafts. The only way to remove these charges is through direct negotiation with your bank.

• Travel Insurance - It is a pre-requisite to undertake comprehensive travel insurance which includes emergency evacuation cover and cover in the eventuality of delays caused by weather and/or acts of God or flight delays or cancellations
